Most recently Group Executive – Strategy, Digital & Corporate Affairs at Ventia (ASX200, $5.6B), and before that Secretary for Digital & NSW Department of Customer Service — a $4B business serving 8 million customers with a 13,000-strong workforce — Emma has operated at the highest levels of both the private and public sectors.

Her executive career spans ASX200 strategy, large-scale digital and customer experience transformation, and crisis leadership — complemented by governance capability across technology risk, cyber security, regulatory accountability, and 20+ years as an HR professional with deep expertise in remuneration, organisational design and workforce strategy.
